This is crucial to hold the game that you have put so much effort into attracting and developing on your property. Our process begins with a site survey. At this time we evaluate the properties potential. Soil samples are taken to determine treatment necessary for successful planting along with plant selection. After the survey has been completed we provide a detailed plan and schedule for the enhancements we recommend. Our staff completes all work or if you have the equipment and would like to reduce your cost we will certainly work with you. Often times the land we manage is also being used for forestry. This offers another potential in that we utilize firebreaks for food plot establishment. This not only enables the enhancement of wildlife but also completes required firebreak management at no additional cost. Food plots are established to enhance game species outlined by the landowner. Maintenance is performed on the plots to ensure top quality food sources are available. As part of the recommended proposal and outline of cover management is included. Although we have never had a need to use it we establish liability insurance on each piece of property managed to avoid the potential of lawsuit in the rare event an injury would occur and litigation be sought. By choosing the combined services offered, a landowner could increase property values and generate additional income worry free. The cost of this service is usually negotiated by the acre. Initial income will vary by the location, terrain, current game situation and facilities available. Many times we can offer the landowner that is currently leasing the property the same income or more through the first contract.
